Frequently Asked Questions
If you know the exact dates that you will be travelling:
- On the page of your desired villa, click the Reserve button on the sidebar to check prices and availability
- Next, click the villa option that you are interested in (e.g. Four Bedroom Villa + Upgrade) and follow through by clicking Reserve
- Input your Booking Details (e.g. name, contact number, special requests) then proceed by clicking Complete
- Within 24 hours the BookingHQ Concierge team will contact you to confirm your booking and arrange payment (please note your villa will be placed on hold for 48 hours until payment is received)
There are two payment options available: credit card or via bank transfer in USD, AUD, NZD, JPY, MYR, HKD, KRW, SGD or THB.
A confirmation email will then be sent highlighting specific details that will help make your villa stay an easy, stress-free and enjoyable one.
